Professional Installers Completes Office Furniture Installation on Charter Spectrum’s Newly Renovated 136,575 Square Foot Facility

Maryland Heights, MO--Charter Spectrum’s rapid growth in the Missouri market recently continued with the completion of a newly renovated 136,575 sq. ft space at 14000 Riverport Drive in Maryland Heights, MO.  Charter currently employs more than 4,000 people in Missouri and has seen that number grow more than 25 percent since May 2016, including one of the largest call centers in Charter’s network located in St. Ann, MO.  Since 2012, Charter has invested more than $60 million in local building improvements and has nearly doubled its real estate footprint in Missouri.

Professional Installers, Inc. has been involved with the installation of nearly all of the office workstations, private offices, conference rooms and open-area huddle spaces for much of this growth at many locations.  Following on the heels of the recently successful 1000 workstation call center in St. Ann, MO, and the Charter Commons administrative facility located in Town & Country, MO; Professional Installers was contracted to install the more than 700 Kimball Xcite workstations, 70+ Private Offices, Maars floor to ceiling demountable walls, and 15+ conference rooms at the new Maryland Heights location.  The Riverport location will be home to additional administrative staff including Accounting, Human Resources and more.
