There's no doubt the last two years have been anything but normal.  First the Covid-19 pandemic, then labor shortages, and for the past year supply chain disruptions have caused building owners, real estate brokers, general contractors, and furniture manufacturers to adapt to an ever-changing timeline for office moves.  Delays in furniture shipments and material shortages have trickled all the way down to office furniture installers as well.  However, it's not all doom and gloom.  It just means businesses in the commercial real estate industry need to rethink and revise expectations for timelines, plan ahead, and be a little more patient.
