Professional Installers, Inc. Selected As Furniture Installation Provider On Hotel Renovation Project in St. Louis, MO

The 917 room Renaissance St. Louis Grand Hotel is currently undergoing a major renovation including all guest rooms, lobby, public spaces, restaurant and bar plus technology upgrades throughout the hotel.  Potomac, MD based Haberhill LLC is the managing partner and has selected St. Louis, MO based Professional Installers Inc. to manage the entire furniture removal and installation of the new furntiture and amenities.  Professional Installers will manage the receiving and delivering of all existing and new furniture, as well as installation of new furniture, artwork, mirrors and HD TV's in all 917 gurest rooms.  Aubrey Kimberling, Professional Installers Inc President says, "We are delighted to have the opportunity to work with Doug Greene, and the entire Haberhill team on a project which is so significant to the ongoing revitalization of downtown St. Louis." 

800 Washington LLC purchased the hotel in 2013 from the then current bondholders for $26 million and selected Haberhill LLC as the operating partner.
